How move things in Island Experiment (main island and deco island)

TO MOVE THINGS FROM ONE PLACE TO ANOTHER ON THE MAIN ISLAND:

Go to the lower left corner of the game screen and click the green X move tool.



Click and hold on the item you want to move, then just drag it to wherever you want it. It will turn green if the space is large enough for it, red if there is not enough space. Let go of the mouse and click the check mark. You can continue to move as many buildings as you want, and when you are done, go back to the lower left corner and click the CLOSE button to turn off Move Mode.



You can also use the move options to rotate buildings so that a different side shows. Just click the blue circle arrow and it will turn.

Some items can be destroyed with the bulldozer icon, but it will COST you either coins or gems to do so. (Some items do not even have that option.) Buildings always cost gems to destroy, and there is no reason to destroy them since they are part of your Master Builder Trophy. If you don't like the look of a building, just move it away from your main area so that you don't have to see it all the time.

TO MOVE ITEMS FROM THE MAIN ISLAND TO THE DECORATION ISLAND:

Once again, click the green X move tool. Now, look in the lower right corner of the screen and you will see a chest icon. Click that.



Once you have clicked the chest icon, any building that is movable to the deco island will have a chest bubble over the top of it. Click the chest bubble and your item will go into inventory. This is also a good way to temporarily store items when you are trying to rearrange your main island.



After you have put all the buildings you want to move into the inventory, hit the Close button in the lower left corner.

Now go down to your beach area and click on the silver yacht there. You do not need a free worker to go on the deco island boat. Your main island will fade out and the deco island will open up for you.



Once there, click on the inventory chest and remove your items.



You can also buy items while you are on the deco island so that you don't have to move them back and forth. Just click the hammer and saw icon and purchase the items you want and place directly.

To move items back to the main island, just do the same thing... green X move tool, then the chest icon on the right. Go back to the main island and remove from the inventory chest.

You will also notice that the deco islands are covered in fog. You open up more space on the deco islands by earning map tables in 15 day events and in Festivals, and one space can be opened by earning the Traveler's Collection of pets.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS NO AUTOMATIC COLLECTION OF COINS OR XP WHEN ITEMS ARE PLACED ON THE DECO ISLAND. IF YOU WISH TO COLLECT FROM THESE BUILDINGS, YOU WILL NEED TO TRAVEL THERE AND COLLECT THEM.

IF YOU HAVE THE ONE-CLICK BONUS FROM THE HOLIDAY COLLECTION, IT DOES WORK HERE, BUT YOU STILL HAVE TO TRAVEL TO THE DECO ISLAND AND CLICK ONE ITEM TO USE IT. CLICKING SOMETHING ON THE MAIN ISLAND WILL NOT COLLECT ANYTHING ON THE DECO ISLAND AT THE SAME TIME.
